If you want to get Free HD For Life from DISH Network, here is what you need to do after you have activated your account.
- Log into your account at http://www.dishnetwork.com/redirects/csa_links/default.aspx?csa=login
- Select Get HD for Life in the left navigation options
- Add FREE HD for Life to your account
Make sure you’re experiencing true HD on your HDTV with DISH Network HD programming and receivers. DISH Network says they have the most HD channels in the industry.
You will need a HDTV and HD Receiver 
and then you will need to either execute a 24-Month agreement with AutoPay and Paperless Billing OR pay a One-time Non-refundable $99 Upgrade Payment.
BUT, when you chose either a 24-Month agreement and AutoPay with Paperless Billing or a one-time non-refundable $99 Upgrade Payment, you’ll receive HD Free for Life – that’s a $120 value per year!
